Chinese Estates Holdings Limited appoint Workman to manage the largest London office – 120 Fleet Street.
Workman LLP is the UK’s largest independent commercial property management and building consultancy firm. The Company has been appointed by Hong Kong’s Chinese Estates Holdings for 120 Fleet Street management, London.
As part of the 120 Fleet Street management mandate, Workman will provide property management services for over 450,000 square feet of offices and retail space arranged over 12 floors.
The building is Grade II listed, originally designed in 1932 by Ellis and Clark to serve as the home of the Daily Express newspaper. Most recently, it was occupied by Goldman Sachs for the past 20 years. The building is one of the most prominent examples of art-deco / Streamline Moderne architecture in London.
