OUR PEOPLE

Workman operates from a nationwide network of 11 UK offices and seven in France. The firm has more than 800 staff, including more than 300 in property management, 250 in property management accounts and 130 in building consultancy. There are an additional 350 site-based staff employed at our clients’ assets.

Through Workman Turnbull we have a growing presence in France with more than 80 employees based in our offices in Paris and six other cities across the country.

Our Property Management teams manage more than 4,000 properties across the UK, with a capital value of approximately £20 billion.
