Workman’s annual National RFM Training Day welcomed 80 attendees from across the firm’s UK cities and regions.
The event allowed our regional teams to come together as one national team and to share knowledge with colleagues from across a wide range of locations.
Hosted at the International Convention Centre ICC), Birmingham, this was an ideal opportunity for our on-site teams to receive training updates and presentations from across the business, including H&S, procurement, occupier services, building consultancy, ESG and law.
David Lodge, Director of FM Operations at Workman LLP, said:
“The day allowed me to express my thanks to the entire team for their commitment to achieving our goals. Their hard work, positive attitude and dedication make all the difference. The team embraces challenges with enthusiasm and determination and their resilience has been essential in achieving our success. The support shown to each other has created an incredible sense of unity, trust, and camaraderie within the team, helping to create a positive and inclusive work environment. They are an exceptional team whose support and cooperation not only make our work enjoyable and successful, but also create an environment where we can accomplish remarkable things together.”
Workman FM Awards
The RFM training day event also saw Workman FM present several awards to recognise individuals whose outstanding performance, dedication, and commitment had made a significant impact.
“We received many nominations across all regions this year, and again we had a hard job deciding who would receive this award. The exceptional work produced by all nominees is a notable example of dedication and excellence. Their contributions have made a significant impact on our success, and we are grateful for their hard work,” David said.
Congratulations to this year’s award winners: Carly Vanoli, Claire Darling, and Giulia Mugnaini.
