We’re incredibly proud that 18 of our talented and hard-working team members have recently passed their APC – 14 in management surveying and a further four in building surveying.
Of our 2024 APC cohort, 14 joined Workman on our Graduate scheme, and four started their careers with us as Apprentices, a route that is becoming ever more popular.
In a world where the average age of RICS-qualified surveyors is 55, the profession’s skills shortage is likely to be exacerbated over the next decade, unless sufficient talent enters and progresses, so at Workman we are proud to invest in our own employees, as well as the future of the sector as a whole.
Charlotte Bradley, Group HR Manager, said:
“Investing in the future of property sector means equipping the next generation with the skills and support they need to thrive. We value and prioritise the training and professional development of our talent, to ensure that the industry remains innovative and sustainable.
“Empowering the next generation not only secures the continuity of expertise, but also fosters fresh perspectives that drive the evolution of the property sector. We see supporting future talent as one more way that we are investing in the longevity and succession of the profession as a whole.”
