Agreements have been reached for over 20,000 sq. ft of Grade A office space at Birmingham Business Park, managed by Workman.
The site has secured four new deals. These will see house-builders Persimmon Homes and Stonebond Solihull moving in, along with parts specialist TVH UK and HVAC specialist Spirotech.
Persimmon Homes will occupy 10,723 sq. ft. Stonebond Solihull moved into 3,534 sq. ft. TVH UK now occupies 3,909 sq. ft of office space. Spirotech will take 2,018 sq. ft.
BlackRock’s Birmingham Business Park received recognition for Excellence in Responsible Business at the Solihull Chamber of Commerce Awards 2022. These sites are key players in enticing companies back to the workplace, providing prime office spaces.
These recent deals follow 50,000 sq. ft of leases at the park in H1 2022, including a significant 37,500 sq. ft leased by the Government. This marks the largest deal at the park in 22 years.
Birmingham Business Park, a prominent out-of-town office destination in the Midlands, prioritises Birmingham Par’s wellbeing and sustainability. It has garnered multiple awards for its pedestrian and cycling-friendly environment.
