Just in time for summer, Breakspear Park has welcomed new occupiers, with 400 employees and opened a new restaurant.
The Park Life restaurant, which can accommodate up to 150 diners, is now open for business at Workman-managed Breakspear Park.
Occupiers can choose from a diverse range of culinary options, from a baked potato station and a salad bar to classic dishes like cottage pie, pizza and lasagne, to theatre-style cooking with Cantonese and Shawarma dishes.
It’s all served up by Breakspear Park’s catering partner Balanced Food, co-founded by chef Mark McCann (pictured below left).
The gastronomic offering is just in time to welcome new occupiers, leisure operator Butlins, and motion and control technologies developer Parker Hannifin, which each have around 200 employees moving into the site.
Those who drop into the new restaurant can claim a welcome drink and 20% off when using the bespoke Park Life app, created specifically for occupiers at the Hemel Hempstead business park.
