Pre-acquisition survey and Project Management

Summary

The pre-acquisition survey provided with advice on the viability of separating the two linked buildings, while meeting means of escape and building regulations requirements.

The separation was successfully completed post-acquisition enabling No.20 to be sold, while No.21 was completely refurbished to the highest specification whilst retaining the buildings period features. No.21 has since been virtually fully let.
