Led by the onsite team, a comprehensive placemaking programme was created and implemented to create a sense of community to attract and retain occupiers.

The ‘Invested in you’ programme encompasses sustainability, health and wellbeing, community and social events including; running and cycling clubs, fitness classes, a Woodland walk development including bee hives, lift share and pool bikes schemes and outdoor social and food events.
