Workman’s Building Consultancy team successfully completed a CAT A refurbishment of this 72,000 sq.ft. office accommodation on a leading business park.

The project achieved a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating and included a completely refurbished front entrance, reception and common parts.

The programme was implemented within a part-occupied building, with occupier amenities maintained throughout.
