Workman’s Building Consultancy team, in short, provides project management services. Particularly for the construction of a new community hub within a premium business park.

The construction involved the demolition of an existing café, marketing suite and car park. Then, replacing it with a new larger café, marketing suite and events ‘barn.’ Subsequently, we would support the comprehensive placemaking programme to promote Croxley as a destination.

Our project management and procurement expertise, in summary, enables the budget to fall by nearly 50% from the initial concept.
