Summary

Workman created a management regime to support the redevelopment process of a city-centre site covering over 1million sq. ft.

This involved the appointment of an onsite team, procurement of site services, identified opportunities for additional income and reviewed the service charge recovery regime to ensure transparency and value for money.

We have worked closely with the Project Management and Marketing teams to aid the redevelopment and launch of a number of assets across the estate, including the development and use of the public realm to create a sense of community.
