Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme

Summary

We created a comprehensive Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme for this 440,000 sq. ft. mixed retail and leisure scheme – including common parts, 1,600-space multi-storey car park and service areas.

The Building Consultancy team worked closely with the Centre Management and Property Management teams to develop detailed implementation plans, engaging specialist consultants where necessary and planning within service charge budgets.

Workman’s Building Consultancy team has subsequently been retained to implement the rolling PPM programme.
