Summary
We successfully implemented several management initiatives to ensure the asset remained attractive to existing and future occupiers.
These included improving the occupier communication programme, upgrading the reception area, implementing a major M&E refurbishment programme as part of an overall PPM.
In addition, we successfully managed an issue of occupier default with an independent restaurant operator to secure all arrears and maintain the client’s income stream.
