Workman has been appointed by Tristan Capital Partners to provide property management services at Cody Technology Park in Farnborough, as reported by CoStar News.
Having provided technical and property management due diligence services during Tristan Capital’s acquisition of Cody Technology Park, Workman has now been instructed to provide ongoing property management services for the Park, following the completion of the purchase by Tristan’s European Property Investors Special Opportunities EPISO 6 Fund in a joint venture with XLB Property.
Cody Technology Park comprises approximately 1m sq. ft of buildings on a site totalling c.165 hectares. With a wide variety of accommodation ranging from high-quality offices to laboratory and R&D space, occupier amenities include a gym, squash court, café, 200-seat restaurant, jogging and cycle routes around the 250-acre woodlands surrounding the park.
The business plan for the site (pictured above) involves capital expenditure investment to improve the common areas, occupier accommodation and the overall occupier experience for QinetiQ and the 96 other occupiers in the park which include Vodafone, Datum Data Centre, and Saab.
