Wishing the best of luck in retirement to Harry Devine, the outgoing Centre Manager of Springburn Shopping Centre in Glasgow, who has been employed by Workman since 2008.
Having originally transferred from DTZ, Harry was Park Manager for Central Retail Park in Falkirk and Fife Central Retail Park in Kirkcaldy, before taking on the role as Centre Manager of the 75,000 sq. ft Springburn Shopping Centre in 2018.

Harry collaborated closely with Workman’s Glasgow Retail & Leisure team to raise standards at all three retail parks to a shopping park level, improving both retailer liaison and customer experience.
At Springburn, where Harry increased community engagement and supported retailer liaison, he worked hard to modernise the management approach to the scheme, looking at all aspects of sites services, while procuring the most appropriate services and providers.

Harry is succeeded as Centre Manager of Springburn Shopping Centre by Siobhan McCusker (pictured below), who joins Workman from a security background, having worked in shopping centres for large parts of her career.
Harry has been providing Siobhan with handover training and development over the past month, having chosen to help develop and support her in her new career.
