Bringing our London teams together under one roof at 80 Cheapside has created a vibrant and collaborative environment that enhances the way we work.

Our new office space is designed around three core pillars: culture, technology, and space. As specialists in Property Management and Building Consultancy, this move strengthens the seamless collaboration between the two divisions.

Sustainability was a key consideration in our fit-out. We achieved a 95% saving on embodied carbon compared to a full refurbishment and donated all unused furniture to local charities.

Our new space at 80 Cheapside includes the latest IBOS system for energy efficiency, 100 sit/stand desks, an upgraded kitchen, expansive breakout spaces, Zoom rooms, and booth seating.
