Workman has been appointed by new four fast-growing new clients; Ares, W.RE, Northdale and Blue Noble, to deliver property management services, as reported by Green Street News, Retail Destination and Facilities Management Journal.
The run of high-profile new client mandates include:
- Ares has appointed Workman to act for a fund that has recently completed acquisitions of the Charlotte Street Estate portfolio and 25 Charterhouse Square.
- W.RE has instructed the firm to provide property management, ESG, and placemaking services at the 200,000 sq. ft St Pancras Campus development (pictured). Workman’s Activate Placemaking team will support the launch and ongoing enlivenment strategy for the campus.
- Northdale Asset Management has appointed the firm’s Retail & Leisure team to manage the 380,000 sq. ft One Stop Shopping Centre Perry Barr, and the 203,000 sq. ft Priory Shopping Centre Dartford.
- Blue Noble has instructed Workman’s Welcome Offices team to manage 11 Brindleyplace.
