The Grove office building in London’s Marylebone has been treated to a glossy makeover by owners Kajima Europe.
Project-managed by the Workman Building Consultancy team, the Cat-A+ office and common parts refurbishment at The Grove means the building has benefited from the addition of some sleek new design features throughout, including significant improvement to the EPC, going from D to B.
The prominent 25,000 sq. ft post-modern office building underwent a Cat-A refurbishment to the first floor, stripping out the previous occupier fit-out with alterations to the ceilings, new LEDs and floor finishes and the addition of new rooms designed for remote meetings.
Meanwhile, end-of-trip facilities have been upgraded for active commuters to The Grove and the reception area boasts a new green wall.
