We offer a two-year structured training programme with well-respected tutors. We support you to become an RICS Chartered Surveyor through the highly regarded APC programme.
As recognised specialists within both service sectors, our graduate scheme is non-rotational. Instead, we have two different pathways in Property Management and Building Surveying so that experienced professionals support you in your preferred discipline.

As a new graduate, you will receive on-the-job, practical experience alongside training and guidance from our experienced staff and respected industry training providers.
You will be assigned a Partner, Senior Associate or Associate who will work closely with you, coaching and developing you into a budding Property Manager or Building Surveyor of the future.
In the first two years, you will have six-monthly reviews with senior staff to ensure you are building up the experience and confidence to succeed in the role and develop far beyond it.
During your training, you will also need to study to pass your professional exams.
If you have obtained an RICS accredited property-related degree you will enrol straight away on the APC programme in order to become a Chartered Surveyor.
If you have a good degree in any other discipline (2:1 or above), we will guide you to convert your undergraduate degree by completing a MSc in either Building Surveying or Commercial Real Estate before commencing on the APC programme.
