Workman has been appointed by Landsec to manage its leading portfolio of retail and leisure assets across the UK.
As reported by Property Week, from 1 January 2026, Workman will manage leisure parks including West India Quays in London, Fountain Park in Edinburgh and Tower Park in Poole, with parks spanning other major urban centres including Leeds, Norwich, Cambridge, and Bath.
Workman’s Retail & Leisure team has worked closely with Landsec throughout its mobilisation period to understand the needs of each operator across the 14 parks, and the operational support required to deliver great experiences for the millions of guests that visit Landsec’s leisure parks each year.
“We’re excited to be working with Landsec on this portfolio. These are well-used parks that serve their communities and our job is to make sure they’re managed properly and consistently.
Our team will spend time getting to know the people behind the businesses at each location, understanding what matters to them, and building the relationships that make effective property management possible.
We’re focused on doing the work well, supporting Landsec’s vision, and making sure these parks continue to be places people want to visit.”
