The RICS has updated its Service Charge Code by issuing a new professional statement.

Launched in September 2018, The RICS Service Charges in Commercial Property, 1st Edition sets out mandatory requirements for the management of service charges in an effort to ensure they are transparent and fair.

Workman contributed to the creation of these latest rules through the RICS’ consultation process and we believe this is a significant step in achieving consistency and transparency across the industry.
