Workman Turnbull, our French operation, has recruited Marie Zaiter into the newly created role of Deputy General Director, to support the firm’s continued growth, as reported by React News.
With more than 17 years’ experience across Workman Turnbull’s core services of property management, technical management and building consultancy, most recently for Nexity Group, Marie (pictured above) will oversee the continued development of the firm’s ESG and project management services, while developing the firm’s operations through the application of new technologies.
Workman’s proven model
Following the appointment of Frédéric Patot as Responsible du Development earlier in the year, this latest hire reflects the continued growth of Workman Turnbull.
Founded in 2007 when Workman partnered with Turnbull Associates in Paris, the firm has grown rapidly to employ more than 80 staff, based in seven locations across France.
Replicating Workman’s proven model of specialising in both Property Management and Building Consultancy services, the firm acts for a mix of international and French investors, including Blackstone, GLP, Patrizia and P3 Logistics, managing more the 6m sqm of commercial assets.
Continued growth
Najib Ghantous, Président of Workman Turnbull, said: “The continued growth of Workman Turnbull, coupled with evolving investor and occupier requirements particularly in ESG, mean we are continually looking to develop and enhance our service delivery. Marie’s appointment will help ensure our services remain market-leading into the future, and I look forward to working with her in leading the firm into the next phase of our growth.”
