In recognition of the hard work and outstanding performance of its employees, Workman has made 42 promotions across the business, as reported by React News.
The promotions span Workman’s network of offices throughout the UK and are across property management, facilities management and building consultancy. Of those promoted, 15 originally joined the firm through its renowned Graduate and Apprenticeship Schemes.
The geographic and functional spread of these promotions highlights the continued growth of all parts of the business, which remains the UK’s largest independently owned commercial property management and building consultancy firm.
Matthew Pateman, Partner, said: “We have always recognised and rewarded the success of our teams, promoting our own talent and providing opportunities for our staff to develop their careers with us. These promotions recognise the hard work of a number of individuals across our business who have delivered outstanding service to our clients. Congratulations to all of this year’s promotions.”
In addition, the firm has also recently appointed Guy Phillips to the role of Finance Director to work with the Partners in implementing the firm’s business plan over the next five years and beyond, supporting the firm’s continued growth. Guy joins from Carlisle Support Services where he was CFO, prior to which he was FD at CBRE Managed Services. His knowledge, skills and dynamism have already enhanced our senior leadership team, and we look forward to his continuing positive impact on the firm.
