At Workman we have recently grown our Building Consultancy team to meet client demand for our expanding range of specialisms, and to reinforce core building surveying capability, as reported by CoStar News.

With ten recent new appointments, including three new senior-level hires, the Workman BC team now encompasses more than 140 commercial building surveyors across our nationwide network of 11 UK offices.

The range and depth of Workman’s technical expertise has extended over recent months, and continues to grow in areas including Project Management and Development Support, Technical Due Diligence, Fire Advisory, Design, and Dilapidations.
