With ten recent new appointments, including three new senior-level hires, the Workman BC team now encompasses more than 140 commercial building surveyors across our nationwide network of 11 UK offices.
The range and depth of Workman’s technical expertise has extended over recent months, and continues to grow in areas including Project Management and Development Support, Technical Due Diligence, Fire Advisory, Design, and Dilapidations.
To meet the growing demand for technical experts, Workman has welcomed the following three senior specialists:
- Keith Godsmark, Director, Development Support
- Oliver Young, Director, Technical Due Diligence
- Colin Bell, Associate, Fire Door and Compartmentation Lead
Additionally, Workman’s core building surveying capability has been bolstered through the recruitment of seven additional team members: Amanda Haldane, Senior Associate, Tiffany Walton, Associate, Lloyd Bishop, Associate, Tim Moon, Associate, Philip Close, Associate, Elena Budd, Senior Building Surveyor, and Tessa Phippen, Building Consultancy Administrator.
