The Vangarde Shopping Centre in York, managed by Workman Retail & Leisure, received the top award for ‘Best Retail Place’ at the REVO Ace Awards 2020.

Although this year proved a very different type of awards night, the usual glamour and glitz of the ceremony missing, Workman excelled for another year,  receiving several awards at the virtual REVO ACE Awards.

The awards set the benchmark for standards and recognise best-in-class when it comes to the customer experience. They celebrate the places and people who, with outstanding levels of service, are especially worthy of recognition in these challenging times.

Colleagues at the Swan Centre, Eastleigh, Vangarde Shopping Park, York and Newlands Centre, Kettering all shone brightly winning ACE Superstar Awards for scoring 100% in both rounds. Further ACE Star awards went to colleagues in Crystal Peaks, Sheffield, The Springs, Buxton and staff members in York and Kettering, bringing the total number to eight.

Vangarde also wins ACE Awards Retail Place

Vangarde Shopping Park also went on to win the ACE Awards Retail Place category, and was awarded joint first for the Top ACE Award, described as “the best of the best” from across the industry.

With the difficulties currently faced by the retail industry to score so highly is an incredible achievement. Huge congratulations to all our worthy winners and thank you for your continued commitment and hard work.
