Diversity & inclusion
Creating a culture where everyone belongs isn't optional. It's how we build a better business.
Committed to inclusivity
We’re committed to equal opportunities – not as a box-ticking exercise, but because diverse teams deliver better results.
We were among the first signatories to the RICS Inclusive Employer Kitemark, and we’re actively working to make sure inclusivity is embedded in everything we do.
Our updated ED&I strategy has clear governance, with equity partner sponsorship from Matt Pateman and Vicky Cotton.
Building a sense of belonging
Our employee network groups help identify opportunities for change and improvement in collaboration with the business. These communities – which always welcome new members – are led by employees, for employees, with the benefit of support and sponsorship from senior leadership.
We’ve updated our policies covering family leave, menopause, mental health support, and neurodiversity. We’ve trained Mental Health First Aiders in all 11 offices, and enhanced resources available to our people alongside our Employee Assistance Programme. And we’ve embedded inclusion in how we communicate and collaborate.
Belonging is something we build together. This is a long-term commitment, measured by regular surveys and honest feedback. We’re not perfect, but we’re serious about going the distance.
