Our building biodiversity campaign showcases urban nature’s importance, and best practice for improving it. We have a track record of creating spaces within assets to provide nature access, green areas, and opportunities to engage local communities.

A variety of nature-based solutions

We introduce biodiversity to existing assets and refurbishment projects, addressing biodiversity net gain requirements early. Our nature-based solutions vary from living surfaces on buildings to repurposing unused land into community allotments and introducing beehives where appropriate.

Asset-level ecology

As Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) recommendations expand, we work with institutional investors and ecology experts to ensure practical asset-level solutions are integrated widely.
