EPC Risk Management
Our approach turns regulatory risk into planned, manageable expenditure.
Understand and prioritise EPC interventions
MEES legislation already prevents letting or selling properties below EPC E. By 2030, the requirement rises to EPC B. We work with property owners and investors to understand portfolio EPC profiles, assess risks, and prioritise interventions before regulatory deadlines force rushed solutions.
The key is starting early
Using approved providers, we obtain target reports identifying specific upgrades needed at each asset. The result is a costed, rolling programme of improvements aligned with lease events and investment strategies – turning regulatory risk into planned, manageable expenditure. The key is starting early. Waiting until 2029 is a recipe for inflated costs and limited contractor availability.
