Green Building Certifications
A way for property owners to demonstrate sustainability performance to occupiers
Improving health and wellbeing for building users
We understand that green building certifications need to be more than a tick-box exercise. While they’re often perceived as a requirement for GRESB, most property owners want to ensure they genuinely demonstrate performance to occupiers; whether that’s a reduction in energy and carbon, enhanced connectivity and active transport options, or the provision of facilities that improve health and wellbeing for building users.
Securing maximum value for the building
We work with you to create frameworks by defining strategy, standards, and certifications required – from BREEAM and Fitwel certification to ActiveScore or ModeScore accreditation.
Our Fitwel ambassadors undertake desktop analysis, breaking down initiatives by cost and ease of implementation. For BREEAM, we coordinate with assessors and wider stakeholders to ensure the current building baseline is fully understood and interrogated, with credits which secure maximum value to the building – both in performance terms and for the minimum expenditure. Good governance makes sustainability manageable, rather than overwhelming.
