Workman expands Bristol presence with new office and appointment

Workman has appointed Nicola Perry, who joins as Partner in property management in the firm's recently relocated Bristol office.

As reported by Western Whistle, Nicola Perry joins with more than 22 years’ experience in the UK commercial property sector, including 15 years at JLL, and brings extensive market knowledge and leadership expertise to the Bristol team.

The appointment coincides with Workman’s move to a new office at Temple Point, increasing its space by 50 per cent.

“Bristol was Workman’s first office outside London, and we’ve been here since 1983. We now employ more than 140 people in the city, across Property Management, Building Consultancy, and Property Management Accounts. The new location, along with the appointment of Nicola, symbolises Workman’s commitment to growth, community engagement, and workplace culture across all 11 of our offices.”
